1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, registering for competitions, or attending Nova Paw Festival, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, together with all festival rules and safety requirements.

2Tickets & Entry

• All tickets are valid only for the selected festival dates.
• Tickets are non-refundable, unless the festival is cancelled.
• A child ticket is for children aged 12 and under.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• A valid QR code must be presented for entry.
• Entry may be refused if the ticket is invalid, duplicated, or previously used.
• Competition registration does not include festival admission. A valid festival ticket is required for all participants.

3Pet Entry Requirements

I AGREE THAT MY DOG WILL UNDERGO A TEMPERAMENT ASSESSMENT AT NOVA VETERINARY HOSPITAL BEFORE THE FESTIVAL. A DOG THAT DOES NOT PASS THIS ASSESSMENT WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.

• All dogs and cats must have a valid, up-to-date pet passport and vaccination record, including deworming and spot-on (flea and tick) treatment, and must be microchipped.
• The microchip number of every pet must be given at booking or registration.
• Pets may be subject to veterinary inspection before entry.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet that does not meet health or safety requirements.
• Owners are fully responsible for their pets throughout the event.

4Competition Registration

• Competition registration is subject to organizer review and approval.
• Submission of a registration form does not guarantee acceptance.
• Participants must comply with the specific rules and eligibility requirements of each competition.
• Official judging decisions are final.
• Each competition entry is for one festival day, chosen at registration.
• Competition entry fees are non-refundable, unless the festival is cancelled.

5Visitor Conduct

Visitors agree to:

• Follow all instructions issued by event staff and security personnel.
• Respect all participants, exhibitors, volunteers, sponsors, and other visitors.
• Treat all animals with care and respect.
• Do not approach, touch, or handle any pet without the owner’s permission.
• Avoid disturbing competition areas or restricted zones.
• Maintain a safe and family-friendly environment.

6Children

• Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
• Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children throughout the festival.
• Children must not approach or handle any pet without the owner’s permission.

7Pet Owner Responsibilities

Pet owners agree to:

• Keep pets under control at all times.
• Use secure collars, harnesses, carriers, or non-extendable leashes where applicable.
• Clean up after their pets immediately.
• Follow all animal welfare and safety requirements.
• Accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their pets.

8Photography & Media

Nova Paw Festival is a public event. By attending, you consent to photography, videography, live streaming, and promotional recording. Images and videos may be used by the organizer for marketing, advertising, and future promotional purposes without additional approval.

9Health & Safety

• The organizer may refuse entry or remove any visitor or pet that poses a health or safety risk.
• Emergency procedures must be followed at all times.
• Visitors must comply with all venue and organizer safety regulations.

10Cancellation & Changes

Nova Paw Festival reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules or activities.
• Change competition timings.
• Replace judges or speakers if necessary.
• Cancel or postpone the event due to weather, force majeure, government regulations, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

11Complaints & Disputes

You acknowledge that any complaint, dispute, or request for review concerning Nova Paw Festival must be submitted in writing within twenty-four (24) hours following the end of the event. Failure to notify the Organizer within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the services provided, and the Organizer reserves the right to reject any late complaint.
